Product Description:
XLF-2400 Full automatic horizontal PU foam production plant can manufacture various kinds of PU foam, from 6kg/m3to 90kg/m3 density. It can produce general sponge, high-resilience foam, super soft foam and memory foam.
The production plant using Siemens PLC and 15" touch screen HMI, Pump and Mixing head control by Siemens inverter driver, it has high precision speed control function. The plant has highly automated production capacity and highly automated production capacity, it support by advanced control software which we are developed.
It's ideal equipment for polyurethane making company. There has optional electrical controlled system manual.
