This full line adopts servo motor to complete such as PVC forming, auto material feeding, detecting, PTP sealing, straps recovery, punch forming, leaflet folding and cartooning together with blisters, auto straps detection and rejection. It's also suitable for being connected with following processes.

All operations are monitored by advanced detection system, which can ensure safety and reliability to image detection system and guarantee of products quality to maximum level.

The whole system can adjust its working speed automatically according to output ratio and cartons filling requirements to cater for its optimum balance.

All driving systems adopt synchronous and flexible connection and impact resistance, no lubrication oil is required to ensure sanitary and simple maintenance.

Its construction design is of both independent bodies, which makes it more convenient to move into elevator or clean room.
