HJ10 type frequency automatic steel drums seam welder machine is developed to overcome the shortcomings of the above-mentioned three generations welders. The welding power supply for welding steel is superior to the above power supply, due to the use of three-phase inverter welding power supply, so power consumption is balanced. Power factor is high. No rectifier, equipment reliability is greatly improved. Reduce labor intensity, reduce operating costs, without frequent adjustment of welding parameters, applicability, simple operation, energy saving, increase economic efficiency.

Amex can provide full set of steel drum production line as turnkey project (including the front section uncoiling leveling line, middle section steel drum production line , rear section degreasing, phosphorization,painting,drying production lines and full automatic drum seam welder) ; Product configuration is complete and divided into low speed production line (1-2pcs/ min), middle speed production line (5pcs / min), high-speed production line (7-8pcs/ min), super high-speed production line (9-10pcs/ min).
