Model: AWSE6010
1. Description:

AWS E6010 is one kind of cellulose-Na type welding electrodes, special for DC. It has deep-penetrating ARC, few slags, easy detachability, high welding efficient, beautiful performance properties. It can be used for welding in all position, vertical up and down position welding etc. It can reach the effect that one side welding both sides formation

2. Application:

Mainly for welding carbon steel pipe or the same material, backing weld/ filling weld/cosmetic weld for the steel structure bottom.

3. Attention:

1)it is easy to expose to moisture, pls keep it in a dry condition.

2)It need heating when the package breaks or moisture absorbed, heating temperature should be between 70 deg to 80 deg, heating time should be from 0.5 to 1 hour.

3)when using Dia 5.0mm welding electrodes. It is better to use high-thrust, low-current, in order to enhance welding performance.

4. Chemical composition

C: 0.20max, Mn 0.3-0.6, Si 0.20max, S 0.035max, P 0.04max

5. Mechanical property

Yield point: 340 MPa min, Tensile strength: 460 MPa min, Elongation: 25% min, Impact value: 40-90J (below 29 deg)

6. Inner packing:

5kg paper box + plastic bag
