Product Description
SCS-KD truck scales series which is new generation products with stronger and durable platform structureof U beam, the main beam is made of rigid sections modular which is more than 6mm beam thickness bending
by machine to ensure the complete structure of platform is durable and good quality.
High quality steel plates are selected and used for its top platform, and the scale platform is reasonably pieced into 6 pieces beam in closed frame. Platform welding with special technique CO2 carbon dioxide gas arc welding and auto submerged arc welding to ensure the platform space geometry dimension and the rational distribution of weld stress.
Keda truck scale is widely used for the measuring,production controlling and data managing of goods and materials into or out of factories, freight yards, storehouses, ports, workshops, mine, chemical industry, grain, goods and materials transportation, etc.
Special Container loading supervision:Keda Scales monitor the entire loading process.
This includes a condition evaluation of the container as well as verification of product information,packaging suitability, and overall supervision of the loading process as below:
1.Check the inner and outer condition of container to assess damage, wellness, perforation, smell and marks etc.
2.Check the quantity of scale loaded and record condition of outer packaging (master cartons/scale body)
3.Supervise the loading process to minimize breakage and maximize space utilization
4.Seal the container with the custom's seal

1.Do you calibrate weighbridge before shipment?Yes,we already calibrate scale and testing all part before shipment,then it can use working directly after install.
2.How to install weighbridge and truck scales?
The detail install manual include paper manual and video manuals will be prepared together with scale.Also technical engineer can be visiting supervise install if you required,but the customer need cover related travel cost.
3.Warranty
1years for truck scale/weighbridge platform structure and component part after installation.
4.Delivery Term
We accept EXW,FOB,CFR and CIF,etc.
