1. Are you a Manufacturer Or Trading Company?
We are a specialized manufacturer.
We are not involved in the terminal retail market. Our target customers are Forestry Mulcher, Flail Mower, Rock Crusher, Stump Grinder, Foundation Drilling, Road Milling, Coal Mining, Trencher, Tub and horizontal Grinder, Wood Shredder and Wood Chipper and other industries. We are only selling to equipment manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers, and not direct users.
2. What is your MOQ?
Actually, we don't have an exact MOQ. But for orders with an amount of less than US$6000, our delivery terms are EXW. For orders with an amount of more than US$6000, the terms of delivery are all FOB. But if your order quantity is not less than a complete container or more, you can save more on shipping costs.
3. What materials do you usually use to manufacture products?
The most materials we use are Tungsten carbide, alloy steel, carbon steel and Wear-resistant welding materials such as YG6, YG8, YG10, YG11, YG13, YG16, YK20, 42Crmo, 40Cr, 35Crmo, 60Si2Mn, 65Mn, C35, C45, 16MnCr5, 20MnCr5, 8620H, 20CrMnTi, 35MnB, etc. Other materials are also optional. Before placing an order, please confirm the materials to us, or we can suggest suitable materials to you according to your product specifications.

6. If the product is manufactured according to the sample or drawing standard, how long does the production cycle take?
The first order will need to be processed from mold design to the production of the finished product. The production cycle takes 45-50 days, but if the mold is already available, the production cycle is 30 days.
