INTRODUCTION:
With the strengthening of human's environment protection consciousness, both national and the whole world are promoting energy conservation and the enterprises are more required for environment protection and pollution abatment . Now the coke combustion, metal charge preheating, melting, overheating, furnace gas moving, the feeding material added and dropped, refractory damage because of chemical reaction, heat action and mechanical action. the flue gas discharged by furnace and electric furnace containing large amount of gases such as SO2,CO, HF, etc. Besides, the solid and hazardous substances that not only are harmful to the human body, but also for the nature of the environment. By now, we Kaijie company have manufactured a variety of cupola furnace dust collector containing spray type dust collector,wet dust remover, bag dust collector.
HOUSE DUST COLLECTOR:
Bag house dust collecting system is the most efficent and cost effective types of dust collectors. Bag house dust collectors has been widely used in various industries. Its woking principle is : first the dusty gas goes into gravity settling chamber, remove large granule on its gravity, and the enter the multi-tuber water-cooled dust collector,remove the small granule and water-cooled the soot, soot cooled to 200 C or less, then into the bag filter intake pipe and dischage from the ash handling system. Another part of fine dust in the wind , enter in the middle box and absorbed on the outer suface of bag, clean air through the filter bag into the upper box.
