Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory specializing in flexible packages, with over 30 years of history in the industry. Our facility is equipped with over 50 specialized machines, allowing us to handle production efficiently and effectively.
Q2: What's the minimum order quantity of your product?
A: Generally, MOQ for in-stock bags is one box. If customized, MOQ for adding one color logo is 1000pcs, MOQ for color printing is 10,000 pcs(+15%), and MOQ for roll film is 300kg. We also take sample trial orders for small MOQs, please contact us to discuss.
Q3: What's the delivery time?
A: Generally, the lead time is 15-25 days for new orders and 15-20 days for repeated orders from the confirmation date.
Q4: What's the delivery method?
A: We can arrange for the product to be shipped by air, by sea, by courier, etc., according to the customer's request.
Q5: What's your product range?
A: Our factory can produce most kinds of flexible packaging, including coffee bags, pet food bags, bakery bags, stand-up bags/pouches, zipper bags, spout bags, flat bottom bags, back seal bags/pouches, film rolls, shape bag and so on.
Q6: What information is needed to get a quote for a product?
A: Product material/bag structure, thickness, sizes, artwork/design, bag style, quantity, and any other special requirements should be provided with as much detail as possible to ensure an accurate quotation.
Q7: Could samples be provided?
A: Yes, we do not provide free samples of similar products. For customized samples, an actual sample fee will be charged (which can be digitally printed).
