1.The liner is a vulnerable part of the ball mill. During the operation of the mill, the liner will be continuously worn and damaged. So how to improve the production capacity of the mill by dealing with the abrasion of the lining plate?
(1) Reasonable selection of steel balls and lining plates. In terms of hardness, the hardness ratio of ball mill liner and steel ball should be controlled between (0.85~0.9). The hardness of steel ball is 1.7 times that of coal. In terms of material: after heat treatment, the metallographic structure of ZGMn13 lining plate is austenite. In addition, the ball diameter of the steel ball should be reasonably determined.
(2) In low load operation, timely adjust the coal intake of the ball mill.
(3) The fixed and tightened wedge holes of the lining plate are designed as a circular arc to avoid stress concentration
(4) Strictly control the medium, reduce the content of coal gangue and improve the grindability coefficient of coal.
(5) According to the characteristics of the ball mill with newly replaced lining plate, the steel ball with lower hardness should be used for 1 to 2 months first, and then the steel ball with higher hardness should be used after the hardness and toughness of the lining plate have been improved to some extent, so as to improve the service life of the lining plate.
