The screw and barrel of the lab 3d filament extrusion line are made of 38CrMoAl chromium-molybdenum steel. And it is with the surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming, polishing and super-precision grinding, the hardness HRC55~60, roughness Ra≤0.4μm, nitriding depth≥0.6mm.
The lab 3d filament extrusion line is suitable for PLA, ABS and other printed material extrusion, is featured by plasticizing, coloring, dispersing, homogeneity, and filling modification.

Features:
- The lab 3d filament extrusion line is used to produce PLA, PE, PP, PS, ABS and other materials. 3D printing consumable extrusion line can be used with 25mm or 30mm single screw extruder.
