Product Description

SJW series plastic roofing sheet extrusion line developed by POLYTECH can continuously produce various-shape roofing sheet with corresponding shaping mould. This production line consists of extruder, flat T-die, shaping mould, haul-off unit, cutting device and stacker etc. Equipped with coat hanger flat extrusion T- die, pneumatic shaping mould, the finished product thickness is more easily adjusted, together with good shaping process. Using rubber haul off roller matched with the same profile sheet, it provides more stable traction. The automatic angular cutting ensures the cutting section tidy.
