Capacitive yarn sensor yarn sensor can detect the running (linear motion) of various types of spinning on the spinning machine and other machines. When the spinning stops or breaks, the capacitive yarn sensor can inform the automatic control system of the spinning machine in time.
According to the actual situation (determined by the model of the spinning machine), the yarn sensor can directly drive the automatic yarn cutter connected with itself to cut off the weft at the corresponding position.
Control signal can also be sent to automatically stop the corresponding spinning machine working position. In an alarm state, Capacitive yarn sensor alerts field operators with flashing signals from leds.
Capacitive yarn sensor is suitable for spinning made of all materials that can carry electrostatic charge. For elastane materials, the capacitive sensor also provides a special model (which can monitor low speed spinning motion).
Opreating principle:
The capacitive yarn sensor probe can monitor the voltage signal generated by the electrostatic charge carried by the spinning itself in the process of motion and judge the working condition of the spinning according to its change. The detection accuracy of capacitive yarn sensor is not affected by dust. However, advise working conditions such as oil contamination or severe vibration will reduce the detection accuracy of yarn sensor
Safety instruction:
Reverse connection or short circuit contact of equipment interface lines is strictly prohibited.
Function and Application:
In Chemical Fiber machine, fore-spinning machines, when the breakage of stoppage of one or more yarns are detected by the sensor, the sensor will give the operate on duty an alarm with a visible LED flaring signal. It will simultaneously send out an electrical signal to the yarn cutter in order to cut off the broken yarn and grip the cut end by the device attached to the yarn cutter itself.
In winding, spinning, twisting machines, the yarn should be cut off when the bobbin is full.
