5. Heat treatment 

As we all know, heat treatment is very important in the screw production process. In order to ensure the quality of products, Joiner has purchased professional heat treatment equipment to produce, so that we can control the construction process by ourselves. In China, we are the only company that does heat treatment by ourselves, and the heat treatment of screw components made by Nanjing factory is processed by outsiders, so the quality of products can not be completely guarantee.

Each product is strictly manufactured in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system requirements to control the quality, so that every link can be traced.

7. Production and Inspection of Equipment 
We also have advantages in production equipment and inspection equipment.
Joiner has 160 advanced equipments such as CNC thread grinder, CNC thread milling, CNC kneading block grinder, CNC forming milling, 4-axis machining center, automatic deep hole grinder, CNC lathe, CNC surface grinder, CNC external grinding, CNC band saw, laser marking machine, vacuum quenching furnace and vacuum tempering furnace. After the raw materials enter the market, all the processing procedures are in-house.

Standard packing with paper boxes or wooden boxes depengding on the size of products. 
First, using antirust processing; then using bubbles; next, fixed in the paper package or wooden cases.
