We offer a full line of Conveyor Covers and Hoods designed to provide protection from the elements for the conveyed cargo and the Conveyor's components and accessories and ensure worker safety while allowing easy inspection and maintenance. Hoods are available for belts 18" to 96" wide and 3" thru 5" idler spacing with custom sizing available. While rigid, corrugated cover construction is your heavy-duty, long-lasting choice, smooth surface hoods can be an economical alternative when the budget demands. Covers are available in galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, fiberglass, or painted steel. The Conveyor Hood coverage is available in full (180° arc) coverage, in three-quarter (135° arc) coverage, and in half (90° arc) coverage. The Covers are simple to open and be latched closed they can be supplied with inspection doors or windows. For 135° or 90° Hoods, screens are available to shield the return belt to keep workers safe from moving components and block access for animals.
