Belt splicing joint uncured cover rubber for conveyor belt vulcanizing joint
Uncured rubber is used for conveyor belt hot vulcanization.
Conveyor uncured tie gum is an uncured rubber for hot vulcanized belt splicing. It is designed to use as an inter-core cord rubber replacement material in splicing steel cord conveyor belts or a tie gum in fabric belts.
Conveyor belt uncured cover rubber is designed for use as a cover rubber replacement material in splicing steel cord and fabric conveyor belts. The material is designed to bond to cured cover rubber in all standard grades of steel cord and fabric conveyor belts

-Improves flexibility and strength of conveyor belt splices
-For NR, IR, SBR, BR, CR rubber belt splices
Tips:
1. The belt and steel wire belt are peeled off with layered peeling hook and vice, and then the joint part is polished (four kinds of joint methods).
2. The hot vulcanizing solution is coated on the steel cord conveyor belt and the uncured tie gum and the uncured cover gum joint part.
3.The uncured tie gum is laid on the surface of the wire rope and the uncured cover gum is laid on the outer surface of the uncured tie gum and then pressed and vulcanized.
4. It is suggested that several knives should be cut on the uncured tie gum with wallpaper knife before vulcanization to avoid its bulging.
