- For optimal performance, always commence with a no-load start. Begin feeding materials only after the machine is running smoothly. It is advisable to halt feeding just before stopping the machine. Subsequently, turn off the motor and disconnect the electricity supply.
- Ensure the conveyor belt is neither too tight nor too loose. Excessively tight joints can weaken strength and reduce system stability, while overly loose joints may damage the belt and affect capacity. Maintain the perfect tension for seamless operation.
- During feeding, aim to place materials in the middle of the belt to prevent the conveyor from misaligning. Avoid informal loading and unloading to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- If the conveyor belt begins to deviate, make timely adjustments to correct its alignment and maintain operational efficiency.
