1. What is an essential oil?
An Essential oil is a compound extracted from plants. It is the best part of the plant as it captures the scent and flavor. Like the plants they come from, our company's essential oil-based fragrances provide health benefits including natural antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. These benefits are maintained through cold-air diffusion technology.
2. Are the oils safe with my equipment, furniture, arts and pets?
Yes. Since our units use new diffusion technology, there is no residue left behind and scenting products are safe to use around furniture, equipment, art and pets.
3. These oils smell so great, can I use them on my skin?
Since our oils contain pure essential oils and plant essences, do not apply these oils topically to your skin as they are in their pure, undiluted form. If you get oil on your hands or skin, wash the area with soap and water.
4. How long do the oils typically last?
When used at the recommended settings of 8 hours/day the bottles last approximately 1 month. The exact length of time will depend on the chosen on/off times.
5. What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 100PCS. We could accept small trial orders for certain items.
6. How to store the essential oil?
Store it in a cool and dry place. It must be in well closed containers.
