The main features of the blasting wheel
At the entrance of the blasting cabinet there is plate width detecting device; and on one roller of the blasting cabinet roller conveyer, there is impulse-counting device. The different-width plate presses down different number of pressing rollers, according to the signals of the limit switches on the pressing rollers as well as the impulse counting numbers, the PLC controls the opening quantity (only for small dimension plate) and time of the shot valves, to control the flow of the abrasive and to reduce the vacant projecting time, to meet the purpose of "Blasting when there is plate, and stopping when there is not".
This machine adopts large power blast wheels, single wheel abrasive flow rate 200 kg/min, motor power 11 kw, projecting speed ≥ 76m/s, life of blade ≥ 1000 hours.
Blast wheel
This kind of blast wheel features stout, precisely made and high energy; the wear-resistant parts have long life expectancy,and can be replaced easily. Some structural details:
The double-disk is made of tool steel, with good dynamic balancing ability. The blades are inserted into the grooves inside the double-disk.
The specially made wear-resistant casting iron blades and protecting plates assure long life.
The initial acceleration of the abrasive gained inside the distributor rotating synchronously with the blast wheel guarantees the shockless transfer to the blades.
The blades can be replaced easily.
