Joint thickness: 11-12mm Anti-Abrasive: >15mpa
2. Standard straight joint: strength range have 600N/mm, 800N/mm, 1000N/mm, 1200N/mm. Verticle to conveyor belt. Made by rubber and fabric layer can produce any length as you need. Including all necessary accessories.
Joint width: 300mm Suitable belt thickness: 10-17mm
Joint thickness: 14-15mm Anti-Abrasive: >15mpa
3. Standard pre-bury joint: strength range have 800N/mm, 1000N/mm, 1200N/mm, 1400N/mm. Bolts have been pre-bury in the rubber to prevent large belt strength. You need only screw into the screws to saving more time.
Joint width: 254mm Suitable belt thickness: ≤17mm
Joint thickness: 15mm Anti-Abrasive: >15mpa
4. High strength pre-bury joint: strength range have 1200N/mm, 1600N/mm. Bolts have been pre-bury in the rubber to prevent large belt strength. You need only screw into the screws to saving more time. Wider size suitable for very difficult working environment.
