Conveyor Belt Fire Resistant UHMWPE Rubber Slider Bar Impact Bar

Impact bed is installed under the conveyor belt loading points, thus, impact bars should have the characteristic of high impact absorption and low friction.

Impact bars consist of three different parts, top cover is made of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE).  The UHMW-PE layer provides high wear resistance and low friction, which will prolong service life of impact bars.  The middle layer is made of high-elasticity rubber, to absorb the impact when material falls. BAI-OTT uses hot vulcanization method, no possibility of separation between UHMW-PE part and rubber part.  T-bolt fastening system is aluminium, which enables variable fixing points throughout the length of the impact bars.

The supporting frame has three types, light-duty support frame, medium support frame and heavy duty support frame, it is decided by the loading capacity.
