Product Description
- Shell
The shell is made of 50Mn material. It undergoes through - hardening with a hardness of HRC 25 - 28, and case - hardening with a hardness of HRC 52 - 56. The hardened thickness is 5 - 8mm. - Side Cover
The side cover is made of QT450 - 10. Its strength parameters are as follows:
- Tensile strength σb (MPa): ≥450
- Yield strength σ0.2 (MPa): ≥310
- Hardness: 160 - 210 hb
- Roller
The roller is made of either 45# carbon steel or 40Cr. It is quenched to a hardness of HRC 25 - 30 and surface - quenched to a hardness of HRC 52 - 58, with a hardened depth of 2 - 3mm. - Locking Pin
The locking pin is made of 65Mn or 45 carbon steel, and it is hardened to a hardness of HRC 25 - 28. - Bolt
The bolt is of grade 12.9, with a hardness of HRC 45 - 52. - Seal
The seal is made of nitrile rubber. Its operating temperature range is from - 20ºC to 110ºC.
