1.STZ-120 is a fully automatic multifunctional cartoning machine: the shell of the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel and 10MM thick transparent Plexiglass plate, and the appearance is simple and neat. This machine is suitable for a wide range of fields: such as daily necessities, cosmetics, food, medicine, hardware, health care products, etc. (please refer to the technical parameters of the equipment for specifications).
2. The working principle of the multifunctional automatic cartoning machine:
The feeding of the cartoning machine is generally divided into three entrances: the instruction entrance, the product entrance and the carton entrance. The entire process from carton feeding to final packaging can be divided into four stages: The carton is fixed by a guide rail and a push plate open the carton. Meanwhile, two front and and back moveable blocker raising from the downside,fixed the sides of the carton from front to back,make the box to open at right angles and move forward to the loading area. After filling in the loading area, the mechanism of the machine will fold the ears into the left and right guide rails, and then perform the closing action. Before closing the lid, the mechanism will first bend the tongue of the carton, then a push plate pushes the lid to bend, so that the tongue is inserted into the carton and the lock is fastened. The action of closing the lid is a key action, and the quality of the completion depends on the structure of the carton and the accuracy of machine adjustment.
