   A: Yes, We provide the OEM service, just send your design to us.
   
   2.Q: Can I get a sample? How much? Or can I get a free sample ?
   A: Sample is available. Cost based on different model, but shipping cost is on your account.
   
   3.Q: What is the lead time for sample and production?
   A: Usually, 7-10 days for sample and 20-30 days for mass production after sample approved. The exact time depend on your design and order qty.
   
   4.Q: How long for shipping time?
   A:  FedEX, UPS, TNT, DHL usually take 3-7days and other express delivery.Will offer tracking number to confirm your products.
   
   5.Q: What is the payment way?
   A: Western Union, L/C and T/T are all workable.
