The technical standards
1. The varieties, specifications and quality of prestressed tendons, anchors, fixtures and connectors meet the design requirements and the provisions of the current national standards.
2. The prestressed tendons shall be smooth without bending;There are no cracks, spines, mechanical damage, iron oxide and grease on the surface.
3. The shrinkage of clamping clips of clamping anchors shall be no more than 6mm, and the friction loss of anchor mouth and horn mouth shall be no more than 6%.
4. The anchor meets the requirements of graded tensioning, reinforcing tensioning and relaxing prestressing tendons.For post-tensioning structure, grouting hole or vent are set on the anchor or its accessories. The grouting hole location and aperture meet the requirements of grouting process, and there is a structure connecting with the grouting pipe.Connection structure shall be provided on the anchor or its accessories when the closure cover is used.
5, the fixture has good self-anchor performance, loose anchor performance and reuse performance.Clamps that need to be struck to loosen must ensure that they have no effect on the anchorage of prestressed tendons and ensure the safety of operators.
6. The material performance indexes of anchors, fixtures and connectors shall not be lower than no.45 steel, which shall meet the design requirements, and shall have certificates of mechanical performance and chemical composition and quality guarantee.
7. For anchors used to anchor steel strand with a diameter of 915.2mm, the minimum diameter and thickness of anchor plates with holes 1 to 21 conform to the following table, and the anchor plates with holes 22 and above can be implemented according to the design document.

8. For anchors used to anchor steel strand with a diameter of 915.2mm, the edge distance of anchor plate at the outer edge of the large mouth of the outer cone hole of the anchor plate shall be no less than the following table.

9. The depth of the limit plate groove of clamp-type anchor shall match the diameter of steel strand.
10. Inspect appearance and dimension, hardness and static load anchorage performance of anchors, fixtures and connectors in batches and quantities before use.Work anchors and tool anchors shall not be substituted for each other.
11. Anchor backing plate shall have sufficient stiffness and strength. The length shall ensure that the maximum folding Angle of steel strand at the bottom opening of anchor is no more than 4°, and the flatness of end face is no more than 0.5mm.
