Q3. How about the sample and sample time?
We supply free carpet tiles sample swathes for quality checking. The clients need to cover the freight cost by MIC or other ways. Customized carpet tiles sample cost would be negotiable. Sample time is about 7days after confirmation of design.
Q4. How do you ensure quality?
We have experienced QC-team, they would check the quality, quantity, shipping mark, etc. and make inspection report with pictures.
Q5. How about I had never import from China?
