Brown corundum P sand: Brown corundum P sand is processed on the basis of brown
corundum F sand standard through further screening and water washing process. This kind
of brown corundum P sand is not calcined at high temperature, has a pointed shape, high
grinding ability and good self-sharpening. Characteristics of brown corundum
P sand:
Strictly limit the coarse particle group, increase the content of basic particle group and
mixed particle group, and reduce the fine particle group (fine particle number becomes coarser). In terms of particle shape, brown corundum P sand mainly adopts the process of ball milling to ensure that the shape is angular and regular, and the cleanliness requirement is also very high. Generally, the coated abrasives use brown corundum P sand through the process of water (acid) washing, classification, drying, and re-grading to make the cleanliness reach more than 97%.
