Description :
SH.A302 is a rutile type coated stainless steel electrode. Weld metal has good cracking resistance and oxidation resistance. It can be used for both AC and DC, has good operation process performance, especially suitable for flat welding sheet.
Use:
Used for welding the same type of stainless steel, stainless steel lining, dissimilar steel (Cr19Ni10 with low carbon steel) and high namesteel, high manganese steel, etc.

Note:
1. The electrode must be baked at about 250ºC for one hour before welding.
2. Use DC power supply as much as possible, and the current should not be too large to avoid red electrode.
3. Oil, rust, moisture and other impurities must be removed from the weldment before welding.
