Product Description
Flux Coated Brazing Alloys Solder Wire(MIG) (AWS RBCuZn-B)
Nickel Bronze (RBCuZn-B) brazing filler metal is similar to naval bronze but contains manganese and iron which increase the hardness and strength of the weld deposit. It also contains nickel ensuring uniform distribution of the iron in the deposit. A neutral or slightly oxidizing flame and a boric acid/borax type flux should be used.
ATTENTION:
A. Before welding, welding parts and welding wire surface must be carefully cleaned.
B.Before welding ,the welding wires should be baked at the temperature from 400-500°C, oxygen-acetylene flame welding must be used with copper gas welding solvent.
C. Welding flame should use neutral flame or slight oxidation flame, appropriately reduce the welding temperature, improve weldin speed and minimize the residence time of molten pool under high temperature, in order to reduce the evaporation and
oxidation of zinc
