Contact us for more informationWe provide complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. Additionally, upon request, our supplier can send technical experts to the customer's factory for on-site support. Customers outside China must cover expenses for dispatched technical personnel.
Customers are also welcome to send their technical staff to Vinston's factory for free training sessions.
Each machine comes with a one-year warranty. During this period, non-artificially damaged parts are eligible for free replacement.
Post-warranty, any required parts must be repurchased, with all associated costs borne by the customer.
Q1: What is the MOQ?

Q2: What are the payment terms?
A3: A 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.
Q3: What is the delivery timeline?
A4: Delivery takes 30-50 working days after receiving the deposit. The time required for setting tooling and sample adjustments is not included.
