This welding machine is composed of a frame, a welding transformer, a mechanical transmission mechanism, and electrical control components.
1. Switch control: Press the button, and the relay will turn on, causing the AC contactor to work and the welding transformer to start conducting. Its primary working voltage is 380 ^, and the primary winding of the transformer is disc type. The duration and length of power on during the welding process can be controlled by the operator through buttons, and the current level can be adjusted by the contact group (eight levels).
2. Mechanical transmission mechanism: The operator is used to complete the melting and extrusion processes required in welding, mainly composed of an operating rod, a movable plate frame, and an adjusting screw. The distance between the left and right jaws can be adjusted by turning the adjusting nut, and the maximum working stroke between the electrodes can be obtained by moving the control adjusting rod between the two extreme positions.
3. Jaw: Copper plates are installed on both sides of the welding jaw to prevent molten metal from splashing into the transformer and threads, causing short circuits and damage.
4. Left and right electrodes: connected to the secondary coil of the welding transformer through multiple layers of aluminum (copper) strips, the secondary coil and electrodes of the welding transformer are cooled by cold water.
