Mud pump is one of the main supporting equipments for geological prospect. It is used for feeding drilling fluid(mud or water) to the hole, and making it circulating in the hole to carry cuttings to the ground surface and keep the bottom hole clean, cool and lubricate drilling tool and drilling bit, prevent side wall from falling, and help drilling, etc. Hence, mud pump is called "blood" of drilling, which reflects its importance. Type BW-160/10 mud pump is our recently developed light and portable mud pump. It is a horizontal three-cylinder single-action reciprocating piston pump and has the following features: small volume, light mass, long life, easy operation, flexible and reliable, universal and standard in use, etc. It has application in pump that used in geological prospect, engineering exploration with a hole depth of less than 1000 m in the fields of railroad, hydrology, metallurgy, construction, geology, etc.
Our pump is motor-driven and diesel-driven, user can select it as per needs. Due to constant improvement and renovation of our mud pump, there might be slight difference between this manual and actual product, user shall pay attention to this during usage.
