Product Description
The machine is mainly composed of WORKTABLE, WORKTABLE BASE, COLUMN, BEAM AND TOOL REST. The basic parts of the machine are made of HT250 cast iron, with resin sand technology, after casting, roughing and aging treatment (artificial aging and vibration aging). The casting quality is reliable without cracks, porosity, shrinkage and white mouth structure. The castings have stable structure after stewing and aging treatment, which ensures the stability of machine tool during use. The chemical composition analysis report, heat treatment report and heat treatment temperature and time curve are provided in the product quality certificate
