The machine tool is a CNC vertical lathe, and the CNC system is FANUC
System, there is a vertical tool holder, the maximum machining diameter of 1600mm, the diameter of the table 1400mm, the maximum machining height of 1000mm. The transmission device is four-speed stepless, the transmission is convenient, sensitive and reliable, and the gears are set in the system. All gears use 40Cr grinding gear, which has the characteristics of high rotation accuracy and low noise.
This machine is suitable for high speed steel tool and carbide tool processing all kinds of non-ferrous metal, black metal and some non-metallic materials.

The default tool post is a four-position electric tool post, which is selected from Yantai Universal Brand and belongs to the best tool post supplier in China. Depending on the size of the machine tool, we also provide 6-position and 8-position tool post.
Electrical control elements are installed in the power distribution cabinet, and all operating elements are centrally installed in the hanging button station.
