Quick details of ice cream cone machinery
The machine consists of 320*240 mm baking discs made of high quality ductile cast iron. Each baking disc can be made into two cone plates. The machine is suitable for making flat sugar cones less than 145mm in length. The taper, weight, thickness and pattern spacing can be codo mized according to the customer's requirements.The machine is driven by a three-phase power supply, the oven is heated by gas (natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas), with electric ignition, and there is an electronic display of the oven temperature. The production capacity is very high, from spraying batter, baking, moulding, dislodging from moulds, conveying products, stacking and counting are all fully automatic.
Operating panel:
Setting, adjusting and controlling the baking equipment is done by easy-to-operate buttons or a modern PLC controller.
