CE Proved Cooling Tower (WSD-LG)

1) Function: It is used for cooling the forming and cream-spreaded, chocolate and peanut pulp finalize the design, pull out wet and let the wafer taste more fiability and crunch. This operation is one of the procedure to assure the product quality. It has been done automatically to match the speed of wafer biscuit to finish producing the wafer through the speed adjusting with the frequency controller.

Technical parameters:
A. The whole outside shell of the machine is adopt 304 stainless steel.
B. The insulation material is all used the foodstuff grade insualtion and polyurethane+XPS compound insulation board.
C. The band of the generator is US"gulun " brand.
D. The temperature of the cooling room may set up from 0° ~6° C, the time is up to 20 minutes. We can extend the cooling time according to the customers 'request to design the vertical and horizontal cabinet.
E. The function of the conveyer OS coodinated the wafer speed to dinish the work through the frequency controller to control the speed.
F. The total power of the machine is 11 kw.
