Product Description
1. Two layer square bottom bag machine with printing is made up of the discharge device, printing device, molding device, receiving device (and some auxiliary equipment) components.
2. Introduced a touch-screen interface, easy to fix and fine-tuning. Alarm and status of work can be displayed on the screen, easy operation and maintenance.
3. Equipped with yaskawa PLC for centralized control system and Germany SICK photoelectric correction, tracking and accurate printing materials to minimize adjustment and preset time and increase productivity.
4. Human oriented security protection, whole housing design, ensure the safety of operator.
5. Expansion axis hydraulic feeding system, chuck, hydraulic up / down system
6. Automatic unwinding tension control, EPC network guide and feed system inverter, motor, minimizing network alignment adjustment time.
7. High-speed design, to ensure the success: The proper scope of the paper production capacity can reach 30 ~ 150pcs/min, or even higher. Increase in unit production capacity and higher profits.
