This series CNC busbar processing machine has three units: punching, shearing and bending. It is easily to adjust each unit to shorten the processing time and improve the production efficiency. The bending unit uses the imported PLC control system, which have stable system and high precision. It is used to processes copper and aluminum busbars in different specification. By relative operation unit if can easily and quickly do all kinds of processing to copper and aluminum busbar, such as shearing , punching(circular hole and oblong hole), flat/honrizental bending, vertical bending and knurling. Change different mold to do special processing to copper bar, such as flat press, embossing, cable connector process, and can do cutting, flat crushing, pushing, and bending.

The shearing unit uses sharp shearing, the incision interface is flat, no droop and burrs and waste, beautiful shape.
The punching unit uses an united six-mode template in tooth shape to make sure the upper mold and the lower mold are absolutely in the center, improve the mold concentricity and longten the working life. The turnplate is in tooth shape with good view and high strength. No need to frequently change molds, labor intensity is highly reduced. It is easy and quick to use. Producing efficiency is obviously higher than a traditional one.
The unit uses a closed structure to make sure the flat bending and embossing morem smooth, which highly improve the repeating precision during mass production and prolong the working time. The bending unit is a honrizentaly operating rype and it is very easy to operate.
S series allow three working positions can do their only operation at same time without bothering the others. Working efficiency is highly raised, D series only allow one person to operate.
The machine has four casters so it is easily to be moved everywhere there are two operating modes, manual button and foot switch, which is easily for worker to operate and use. Based on user's requirement, it can do all kinds of special shape processing with different molds or equipping parts.

Q1. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Jinan city, Shang dong Province, China. We can go to Jinan airport and wait for your arrival.
Q2 : Do you have stock for all items?
A:In general, we have some stock, while if you need a bulk order, we still need time to produce it. Of course, we will inform all details you before your payment.
Q3. How long can be finished the goods ?
A : Sample order : within one week ;
Large order : 15-25 days ; According to your purchase quantity.
Q4. At which port do you usually ship the good?
We usually ship goods via Qingdao port of China.
Q5 : What is payment terms ?
A: Sample order : 100% full payment before start to production;
Large order : 30% deposit first, 70% pay after see the BL copy ;
Q6: Can give free sample ?
A : Free : if small spare parts and the cost not too much is ok ;
Not Free : the cost expensive and all the machine can not be free ;
