The working process of the cone rolling machine mainly has the following three steps,
In the first step, the workpiece is fed into three rollers. One roller is above the workpiece, called the upper roller, and two are below the workpiece, called the lower roller. This is a three-roll plate rolling machine
The second step, the roller shaft moves, one is that the upper roller is pressed down, the lower shaft or side shaft is stationary, the second kind of lower roller or side roller moves upward, and the upper roller is stationary.
The upper roller of the roll cylinder workpiece is parallel to the lower roller when it is pressed down, and the upper cone of the tapered cylinder workpiece is skewed to the lower roller when it is pressed down;
The third step is to reverse the workpiece through the reversing motion of the moving roller, and to ensure that the amount of depression of the upper roller is unchanged, so that each generatrix of the workpiece has the same curvature or curvature distribution, and becomes a cylinder and a cone.
