Heavy Duty Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machine is designed to use in workshop. This split frame clamshells is heavy duty, specially intended for heavy wall pipes with high wall-thickness in heavy duty applications. This pipe lathes use cold cutting principle that eliminates any heat affected zone. The machine provides a fast metal removal rate and high working speed which presents the economical manufacturing solution.
The pipe spool production line starts from the cutting and beveling process, and cut-off pipes will be conveyed to specified buffer location according to manual input command. Operator will select the pipe and corresponding fittings, such as weld neck flange(s), elbow(s), Tee(s) according to pipe spooling 2D drawings hardcopy, or which generated from software for fit-up preparation, the tack-weld is required on the fit-up station which is ensure secured preparation accuracy for subsequent welding process. This automated pipe spool production line includes pipe heavy duty cutting, beveling, band saw and welding machines.
