35 microns Both side Silicone Coated PET Film as Release Liner for Permanent Hot Melt Adhesive
PET release film is made of Silicone Coated PET Film , usual it as carrier or release liner for permanent hot melt adhesive.
We can do one side Silicone oil coated Polyester film and Double Silicone Coated PET Film. Both side coated - for adhesive transfer film production, so adhesive force should be different on top and back sides.According to the different release force, PET release film is divided into light release type, medium release type and heavy release type.
The thickness of silicon is usual is 0.2mic~0.9mic. The film is uniformcoated and very smooth and clean without wrinkles/tears/granules/bubbles/pinholes or other defects. The film has excellentmechanical properties, heat resistance, and very low cost.
