1.The compressed air produced by the compressor enters the air collecting tank through the air supply connector, and the pressure regulating valve limits the pressure of compressed air to an appropriate range before it enters air collecting tank, the pressure value shown on the pressure gauge is the current pressure of collecting tank.

2.One of the main circuits of the compressed air in the gas collecting tank is connected to the solenoid valve of air bursting, and the other branch is connected to the solenoid valve of  cleaning chemical.

3.The cleaning chemical solenoid valve on the branch is a normally closed solenoid valve, normally open after starting machine, after compressed air enters the chemical liquid tank, the liquid will be crushed into DPF, to efficiently soak and soften the clogged internal carbon deposits, complex compound and all dirties, meanwhile, the one-way valve on the main road will prevent the liquid from entering the main road.

4.The air burst solenoid valve on the main road on the main road is controlled by a time relay to open or close, air burst solenoid valve is opened every 30 seconds, so that machine will produce air bursting every 30 seconds, it will rinse out the dirties,even seriously blockage also can be dredged, to assure best cleaning effect.
