It's a highly sensitive bipolar Hall effect switch IC designed based on BCDMOS technology. The chip incorporates temperature compensation, a comparator, and an output driver. Additionally, the magnetic properties of the chip are minimally affected by mechanical stress.
This series of sensor ICs is suitable for industrial and automotive applications, with an operating temperature range of -40ºC to 150ºC and a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 30V. It's available in three package options: TO92S, SOT23 (Thin Outline), and SOT23-3L, all of which comply with RoHS standards. The product has also passed AEC-Q100 qualification.
