Product Description
For spheroidized annealing, annealing, quenching and normalizing etc heat treatments on fasteners, bearings, cold/hot forged parts, cast parts, aluminum and its alloys etc metal parts.
Load capacity. Minimum 2 tons/ batch to maximum 20 tons/ batch
Effective loading space. Diameter 1,200 ~ 3,200mm; height 1,800 ~ 3,000 mm. Can customize-make for special size.
Heating rate. 75 ~ 460KW
Heating source. Electricity or natural gas.
Protection atmosphere. Nitrogen or cracked gases of methanol.
Electrical control system. PC touch screen installed with professional heat treatment software.
Atmosphere system. Oxygen probe.
