The machine is used for producing parallel paper tubes automatically. It consists of paper stand, automatic paper edge grinding device, waxing device, gluing device (automatic cycle system with gear pump), watering device, paper cutting device, tube forming, tube cutting&discharging device. 2sets tube mandrel will be delivered together with machine. Extra mandrel needs extra payment.

-- Paper feeding device with simple brake, motorized type with hand wheel for micro-adjusting position of paper reel left and right.
-- Waxing device, used for applying wax on paper edge, to guarantee paper going into mandrel groove smoothly, and finished tube discharged from mandrel very easily. No glue in inside of finished tube.
-- Paper edge grinding device, can guarantee the surface of produced tubes is very smooth.
-- Watering device, apply water on paper edge with sponge.
-- Gluing device, applying glue more evenly and more stably.
-- Panasonic Servo motor for winding tube,
-- Panasonic Servo motor for discharging tube,
-- Tube cutting device, cut tube automatically.
-- Touching panel, Siemens PLC, Delta inverter
