- Machine Introduction
- High speed semi-auto folder gluer suit for AA, AB two piece box and single piece box. It instead manual glue, reduce labor intensity. Machine Features: high degree of automatic, reduce labour, improve product quality and effective, reduce work cost. Only need two workers operate it, one worker feed sheet and collect finished boxes, another worker fold and rectify boxes. Reduce space for machine. Working range of sheet: A-E flute.
- Machine adopt double variable-frequency motor, PLC centralize control, drive and control precision.
- High-power adsorption device for feed system, feed single and double piece of sheet. Independ servo motor for left and right feed wheel for double pieces sheet feeding. When sheet to out place stop feed.
- When make two piece box, sheets can be glued during feed( hot-melt glue in the middle), three side pneumatic fix position, top pneumatic press, two piece sheets adhesive to one, glue firmly.
- Press part is final set. After glue to one-piece fold by manual and rectify problem of line and flute cross. Go to press belt to finish product.
