Our ceramic valve disc is made of 95% alumina ceramic, formed by double-sided dry pressing, and consists of two ceramic valve discs, dynamic and static, which is the core component of the faucet ceramic valve core. Operational Principle
Taking a 1/4 turn ceramic disc as an example, when the valve handle rotates a quarter turn (90 degrees), the ceramic disc aligns to allow water to flow; Turning another quarter turn in the opposite direction will cause the disc to block the flow path, thereby cutting off the water supply. This type of valve is a convenient choice for various pipeline applications due to its fast and easy operation, reliable sealing, and long service life.
