Introduction
Trough Screw Conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment which used to transport powder, granular and dry bulk materials. It consists of bearing seat, screw blade, screw shaft, hang bearing, conveyor casing and driven device,etc.Single or combination of multiple screw equipment can be used to integrate with each other to meet particular on-site requirements. It has trough type tube with multiple inlets and outlets, which also has inclination angle of maximum 20°. The rotation of the blade initiated by the motor, then material transferred along the spiral to the outlets.

LS / GX Series Screw Conveyor
1. Product IntroductionLS / GX Series Screw Conveyor is suitable for conveying powdery materials, granular materials and small bulk materials, such as cement, coal powder, soda ash, grain, chemical fertilizer, ash, sand, coke, etc. It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, coal, machinery, light industry, grain and food industries. Series LS screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying perishable, sticky or easy agglomerating materials. In general, the working environment temperature for series LS screw conveyor is between -30 and 50° C, and the temperature of materials conveyed is between -20 and 200° C.
LS / GX Series Screw Conveyor is suitable to be installed horizontally or in small inclination angle. The inclination angle should not exceed 15° . If the inclination angle is big, please choose series GX screw conveyor, or you can contact us for special design.

3. Application Scope
LS / GX Series Screw Conveyor is widely applied in various industries such as building material, chemistry, electric power, metallurgy, coal, grain, etc. And are suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of dust, granular and small blocky materials like coal, ash, slag, cement, food, etc. Meanwhile, the temperature of these materials should be less than 2000C.
