Introduction
Belt bucket elevator is designed for transporting vertically for granular, powder and small block of grinding suction smaller dispersing shape material. It adopts belt as the traction component ,can reach to max.40 meters . Capacity could be approx. 4~238m3/h. The vertical belt bucket elevator is widely used in mining , metallurgy , chemicals , power plant ,agriculture and quarry industries, etc.
Advantages and Features
1.Without impact caused due to traction member.
2.Safe belt-joining by clamping in a cast compound box.
3.Greater conveying speed due to smooth transmission
4.Return idle drum is squirrel cage to prevent belt damage from material falling between the belt and drum.
5.The belt allows you to optimise the bucket spacing to achieve the required capacity without changing the speed or the bucket.
6.With an integrated return stop system, an electronic speed detector and electronic off-track detector for the belt to keep safety.
7.Ranges from low to high conveying capacities, can be up to 1740 m3/h.
8.Adopt specialized belt for bucket elevator.
