S25 series continuous sand mixing machine is widely used in cast iron, cast steel, nonferrous metal and other castings.
It is a continuous mixing equipment for condensing self-hardening sand molding sand. This machine can be used alone, or it can be
combined with other equipment to form a mechanized high-speed production line.

This kinds of sand mixer is not only used for continuous mixing of furan resin molding sand, but also suitable for continuous mixing of phenolic
resin molding sand. A little modification of its liquid path system is also used for continuous mixing of sodium silicate molding sand.

S25 series is a fixed single-arm continuous sand mixer, and the single arm is a sand mixing conveying system. It has a set of independent
electric control system controlled by PLC programmable process and a liquid material conveying system with stepless speed regulation,
which can be used in a variety of self-hardening sand process formulas.
