Compared with the deck oven with the same output, Caterwin hot air convection oven saves space, energy and manpower, and has low mechanical noise.
There is a unique hot air circulation heating device, the wind speed is continuously adjustable, the heat exchange efficiency is high, and the temperature is uniform; the hot air layer flows through the baking pan to transfer heat with the material. Fresh air enters the oven from the air inlet to replenish, and then is discharged from the moisture outlet, constantly replenishing fresh air and continuously discharging hot and humid air, so as to maintain a proper relative humidity in the oven. The temperature in the oven is evenly distributed, and there are three-stage adjustable tuyere to meet the special requirements of different products and different seasons for baking quality.
Suitable for kinds of produces, especially such good for moon cake, toast bread, baguette, biscuit, crispy buns etc. Hot air circulation inside the oven, good baking effect with consistently even.
